Disappointed. RTC4000 cordless pump. Good points: Easy ordering Rapid delivery Well packaged Returns slip and instructions enclosed Good technical support Minus points: After fully charging and "topping up" first tyre (2.7-3.2bar), which it did in 1min30sec. When disconnected battery indicator on red - discharged. Recharged and pumped up second tyre - same result as above. Repeated procedure for remaining 2 tyres. Contacted Technical Support who diagnosed a faulty battery. In addition the accessory pack (for inflating bicycle tyres etc) was missing. Have just returned from driving to the nearest DPD collection point - 3 miles away. The pump was well designed and worked well with the fully charged battery. Awaiting a response (and refund) from Ring when they receive the pump.
