The website was well laid out, easy to navigate and fast. Sadly, it would not accept my PayPal payment, even after several attempts. However, speaking to a lovely customer service advisor, who stayed on the phone for a good 20 minutes after her going-home time to help me, the sale went through. Thank you, my kind lady. Delivery was next working day, goods exactly as described, and appears to work effectively. I have only used it the once, but it's performance filled me with confidence about it's longevity.
