“Fantastic service, with super clean coach. My only reason for giving a 4 start and not 5 was due to the fact that no information was provided on where to find the coach or booth to register that you were there. We ended up looking in the coach park for ages and eventually found a jet 2 rep who told us where to find them. Other than that - brilliant!!!”

“This was the first time that I had used this service and in future I will always use it. Really simple to book online prior to travelling. When we arrived in palma we easily found the kiosk (the last in the line!) and were directed to our bus. We found it straight away and within 5 minutes of getting on board our lovely coach , we were off. We reached our hotel much quicker than expected and we’re really happy with this smooth excellent service. A couple of days prior to leaving I received an email telling me when our return coach would be arriving and our journey to Palma was equally smooth.”

“On arrival in palma airport they were there waiting and the journey to our hotel was very pleasant. We were travelling with a small baby so it was very handy that we could arrange a car seat. However on our return to the airport the car arrived with no car seat. After much back and forth there was no resolution and we had to strap our baby to us in her carrier as we had to make it to the airport for our flight. I was very disappointed as we had paid extra for a car seat and having had such a smooth transfer initially, it put a dampener on the service and gave us an anxious spin back to the airport after a lovely holiday.”

“Booked 11 months in advance, but on pick up on arrival at Palma Airport for my team of 12, and a return trip 5 days later, the drivers were bang on time. Great service and I would highly recommend them.”

“Cheap comfortable transport to hotel and airport. Easy to book online and contact for return journey. We had to wait on the bus for a while at the airport before departing and were staying at the last hotel that the bus stopped at so it took a long time getting to hotel. Bus came at the time stated for returning to airport. I would use this service again”
