“I was very upset as you claimed to drop me off at my hotel. I am a middle aged woman travelling on my own. The driver dropped me off last, at a different hotel and said this was the ‘meeting point’. He didn’t even check to see if I knew where my hotel was. It was 11pm, I had 2 heavy bags in a foreign country with no internet access. I had to walk 300m with my luggage in the dark and I only knew where my hotel was as I located it earlier when I had wifi. I chose this option so that I wouldn’t have to navigate the city on my own at night. The driver left me potentially unsafe after he dropped off all the other passengers directly yo their hotels. He saved himself 2 minutes at the risk of my safely.”

“The price of the transfer was great but the service was not. The driver was not helpful in any way, you could not hear what she was saying when we stopped at the stops as she spoke so quietly. Also the amount of time it took ridiculous it took almost 2 hours. Would not use the service again.”

“Although the driver was punctual, friendly and the car was extremely clean, due to four people travelling I was given no option but to hire a Van at a higher price. However it was a sedan that met us so I ended up paying for something we didn’t need. I am waiting for a confirmation of a refund.”

“Very prompt departure from Alicante airport, good communication, received email confirming return pick up a couple of days prior to departure which was reassuring. Our collection was also prompt and on time. We did have a number of pick-ups enroute to the airport so it took us over an hour to leave Benidorm but I suppose that's just the luck of the draw as to how many people/locations are booked on the day. Despite this we would use again, reasonable rates and reliable.”
