“Excellent service, door to door service to Porto pollencia. Just on return driver wants you to state the pick up hotel and not the Hotel you stayed in. Seems to be an issue with the driver 🤔 east solved”

“Shuttle direct were easy to book and find on our arrival at the airport. We had a wait of about 20mins before our bus departed. My only problem was we were told we would be picked up outside the same hotel for our returned shuttle journey, but as the hotel was at a corner/street we waited at the same place as we were dropped off at, when in fact we were being picked up around the corner at the front of that hotel, and not the side. I would use them again.”

“Wonderful experience! Reliable and professional service. Our driver was great! I would highly recommend Shuttle Direct. They were waiting for us at BKK Airport at midnight and drove us 2 hours to our cruise terminal. The transportation van was very clean and comfortable.”

“The driver was waiting for us at the airport with our name. He did his best to get us to the hotel in a very bad traffic situation, which, of course, was not caused by him. So I would rate this transfer very good.”

“Very good service, but need to expect waiting time at airport on arrival as the bus waits for several flights at a time. Return pick was on time and was scheduled to meet your return flight - it is excellent value for money versus other transfer options, even if it can take a little longer !!”
