Highly recommend Shuttle Direct and Herc Express d.o.o. We used them fir several of our transfers whilst in Croatia. Mario, the owner, is easy to contact via Whatsapp and responds quickly. Sven our driver is a lovely young man and happy to chat whilst driving us around.

I gave the driver a 10 euro bill because I wanted to give him 5 euros tip. He did not have change & never gave me back my money !!! Next time, I will not give tip because already included in your price !!

We were picked up from the airport and several days later taken back to the airport with real issues and were extremely happy with the drivers.

Too long waiting time at airport. We have chosen A11 bus for the trip back from hotel to airport and were very satisfied.

Ok but sadly not as good as they used to be. Since covid like a lot of other businesses their service has gone downhill. I do have specifics but as we will probably use again I’d rather that drivers kept their jobs! I will say that their staff are still friendly and reliable, just not as professional as before so this could be a training issue.

I used this Service couple Times already, i was always Very Happy with the Service, It was easy to Find either the driver ir the Office in any airport in Europe, the drivers were bery polite and always on time I can truly recommend the Service Natalia

Bus nearly full on arrival. Still had to wait about 40 mins to leave airport. 2 more couples arrived within 20 mins but driver didn't go immediately. People already on the bus before we arrived looked like they had been waiting quite some time. Passengers started leaving to get water. Smooth journey once on our way.

No driver with name on sign waiting for us in airport on arrival like usual. Instead directed to an office where you are given a ticket for a taxi. Then having to queue up for a taxi with everyone else. Not sure what the point of pre booking a transfer?

Excellent service from Kraków Airport to stradonia serviced apartments. Driver was waiting at the airport when we arrived and was on time on return from the apartments. Very polite.

Accepted booking but then cancelled the morning before my booking due to lack of availability. Other companies user would check this information before confirming bookings
