“No driver with name on sign waiting for us in airport on arrival like usual. Instead directed to an office where you are given a ticket for a taxi. Then having to queue up for a taxi with everyone else. Not sure what the point of pre booking a transfer?”

“Excellent service from Kraków Airport to stradonia serviced apartments. Driver was waiting at the airport when we arrived and was on time on return from the apartments. Very polite.”

“We were really impressed with the service we recived for our journey,this is the 2nd time we have used your company. The 1st time was last September when my husband was with us he is a wheelchair user.Everything was exceptionally will be using again in September when we are over.Thankyou again”

“Flew into girona on early am flight. Rep was waiting directed us out to bus, had approx 30min wait. My apartments were contacted with clear collection time n place day before departure and also I received email. Very pleased and good value for money.”

“Very easy connection, our flight was delayed taking off by 55 minutes and we worried they wouldn't be there but we made no contact and the driver was stood waiting. Highly reccomened!! UK traveller and found there wasn't much of a language barrier”

“Excellent service, door to door service to Porto pollencia. Just on return driver wants you to state the pick up hotel and not the Hotel you stayed in. Seems to be an issue with the driver 🤔 east solved”

“Shuttle direct were easy to book and find on our arrival at the airport. We had a wait of about 20mins before our bus departed. My only problem was we were told we would be picked up outside the same hotel for our returned shuttle journey, but as the hotel was at a corner/street we waited at the same place as we were dropped off at, when in fact we were being picked up around the corner at the front of that hotel, and not the side. I would use them again.”
