Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the wait at the airport. We would like to clarify that our service is a shared shuttle, which means we wait until all passengers are on board before we depart to drop everyone off at their respective locations. As for the air conditioning, we understand how important it is to our customers, however, we can only turn it on when the engine is running. In case of waiting times at the airport, we make sure to turn off the engine to be more sustainable. We appreciate your feedback and hope to improve our service in the future.

“Allways had great service .there on time the car service is excellent . The only complaint I have is the prices for the quick shuttle and the basic shuttle. because most of the time there both the same service .so the people who has payed more are still on the same coach”

“Excellent Service and competitively priced. Arrecife Airport to Costa Teguise. I was a lady traveling alone it was so helpful to have someone attend to luggage The same excellent service for my return flight. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend .”

“Waiting as stated on our arrival. Helped with bags to the car. The car was spotlessly clean. Driver courteous and friendly. Arrived early for our return journey but we were ready and waiting anyway. Again, spotless vehicle, helpful, friendly and courteous driver. Both journeys were fab, lovely driving etc. Will definitely use again.”

“The ride was 45min late when we went from BCE to Lloret and more than 1h late when we went back. We were lucky not to miss our plane. Not so sure about the other guys traveling on the same bus. We called the call center a couple of times and they always said "the bus will be there in 5min" - which stretched into 1h. Also I think the driver was drunk the night before because he was weird, rude, screaming and driving weird.”

“Cheap transfer. Easy to find at airport and drop off outside holiday apartment. Only issue was a very long wait until all booked on shuttle had turned up.”

We do offer shared shuttle services to keep the cost economical for our customers, but we understand that waiting for other passengers to arrive can be frustrating at times. We do our best to keep the wait times to a minimum and ensure that all passengers arrive at their destinations as soon as possible. In the future, if you prefer not to wait, we also offer the option for private transport services which can be booked at an additional cost.
