“Het was in t begin goed te doen maar uiteindelijk duurde de rot 3 uur. Ik heb in lloret alle rotondes wel 5x gezien. Zet de mensen bij een bus station af. Hebben jullie bij ons in Tossa de mar ook gedaan. Terug hebben wij een taxi genomen. Nooit meer, sorry”

“Perfecte transport om je naar het hotel te vervoeren. Brengen en ophalen op de afgesproken tijden. Als je geluk hebt wordt je als eerste afgezet en anders misschien wat later nadat anderen afgezet zijn. Maar als je geen haast hebt is dat geen enkel probleem. Ook de prijs is goed inclusief een grote koffer. Wij nemen Shuttle Direct al een paar jaar en zullen dit blijven doen!”

“Very correct service. Thank you! One important point: if you informed the hotel at the reception about the time of arrival of the bus to the hotel to go to the airport, it would be very good! My phone was stolen on the beach in Spain, information about the transfer was on e-mail, the hotel did not provide the Internet. I had to ask the administrator to call to clarify the arrival time of the transfer. It took a long time.”

“Il mio arrivo era legato ad una coincidenza aerea, ho avuto ptoblemi con il primo volo ed ho perso il secondo, ho provato ad avvertite il customer care, ma al mio arrivo in ritardo (ovviamente, ma avvisato con varie mail) non c'era nessuno. Ho perso il soldi della tratta con shuttle direct ed ho dovuto prendere un taxi”

“Your service is unorganized.there is a big chaos.nobody coordinate with each other of the staff.the drivers are on their own. They do not obey and do not wait passengers or ask about them. Poor service and weak staff.”
