“Il mio arrivo era legato ad una coincidenza aerea, ho avuto ptoblemi con il primo volo ed ho perso il secondo, ho provato ad avvertite il customer care, ma al mio arrivo in ritardo (ovviamente, ma avvisato con varie mail) non c'era nessuno. Ho perso il soldi della tratta con shuttle direct ed ho dovuto prendere un taxi”

“Your service is unorganized.there is a big chaos.nobody coordinate with each other of the staff.the drivers are on their own. They do not obey and do not wait passengers or ask about them. Poor service and weak staff.”

“Todo fue perfecto. El conductor se encontraba esperándonos a la salida del aeropuerto y nos acompañó hasta el vehículo facilitándonos el trayecto ya que viajamos con una persona mayor que no puede andar demasiado rápido. El trayecto hasta el hotel fue muy cómodo. Todo perfecto. De hecho hemos vuelto a contratar para la vuelta al aeropuerto. Recomendado.”

“Servicio fantástico. Nos esperaron casi dos horas por retraso del vuelo. Al salir del aeropuerto, ya casi a medianoche, el chófer estaba esperando en la puerta con una sonrisa. No tuvo reparos en parar por el camino a comprar algo de cenar. Fue explicándonos todo durante el recorrido. Tuvimos suerte de dar con un servicio así.”
