“Unfortunately had to cancel the transfer due to a medical emergency and you were not flexible with your cancel policy. Even though the return transfer was outside the cancellation window, you treated it as part of the arrival transfer.”

“The couch that picked us up was on time and the same coming back. The coach that picked us up was very dated and the seats were very uncomfortable. The coach coming back was much better and newer.”
