One at least said it wasn’t going to be competitive and try a local electrician. One didn’t respond and one gave a ludicrous quote. I would not recommend this website for a simple charger quote.”

“There's a lot of good information on the website which is useful in making sense of what's involved in installing solar. Some of the info needs updating. I know things have changed in the last few years and reading reports more than two, or more, years old makes me wonder if it could be more current in places.
Only two of the three installers got in touch and quoted. The quotes were reasonable and consistent but I felt like I was dealing with sales reps, rather than professional consultants- I appreciate a no BS down to earth approach. I was not after a new best friend or someone's life story. In the end I chose an installer who was highly recommended having done many installations in the neighbourhood over the years.”

“Good information for intial phase of getting quotes. However then you are left with 3 or more high level quotes that only address the highlights. There are a lot of gaps that mean you don't really know what it going to be like to actually use any of the systems. All the quotes look good, the sales guys are mostly good. There seems to be a lot of stuff unsaid around energy management.”
