One was very expensive and hard sell, and because they don't do site visit when the quote, there could be other costs.
One was a little on the high side, but they do not do a site visit before they quote, seemed there could be hidden costs.

From the get-go, got the distinct impression they were more interested in providing information and supplying a system that would suit our needs, than just getting a quick buck on the passing trade. Unfortunately we live in a bit of out of the way place so they only had one supplier who covered our area, and they did not deal with the unit we decided we wanted.
