Thanks for letting us know about this - customers service of the companies we recommend is a very important aspect to us. We were originally only able to supply you with 2 installers at the time of your request based on their availability but you are right - one of these did not get in touch with you. I've asked them to follow up with you and take greater care of their potential customers. I did reply that only one had contacted me and you sent out follow up emails, still no contact. I have now missed out on the Victorian Govt incentive scheme so NO THANKS”
