“I had three companies' quotes very promptly. Two came out and looked at the property. I got a feel for both and liked both of them. They explained what was important. One of them stepped me through the process and both asked me to contact them with questions. The third gave me a verbal quote over the phone. Sorry, no. If you can't view the property apart from a satellite image and give a quote in writing then I'm not interested. I accepted Airlec.”
