WORST COMPANY GOING. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I’ve never had such problems with a company or been treated so poorly!!!! After sending a return back worth £125 on April 27th, they have since constantly fobbed me off with different excuses and now on MAY 31st they are completely ignoring me!! They have not processed this return which has left me out of pocket. I am absolutely disgusted with their service and I will never ever use this company and please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. The clothes are CHEAP, threads hanging off, stitches done wrong I only kept one co ord as it took 2 weeks to come and I needed it for my night out as it took that long I didn’t have a choice! The staff are rude, unhelpful are disrespectful - I hope they get the karma they deserve.

I would give 0 star if there was an option. DO NOT BUY from this company! Customer service is non existent. They misled me, sending me emails saying my order had been dispatched, which it hadn’t. They blamed Evri for the delivery, which has since proved to be a total lie. When I pushed them further, they then informed me my delivery was being dispatched that day. I paid for delivery, at payment point it said delivery would be 3-5 working days. My order came weeks later, too late for my holiday. Both items of extremely low quality. When I asked how to return them and that I wanted a full refund, they directed me to their terms and conditions. I have to return them at my own cost (even tho they were late) and I gave 14 days in which they must be returns. This company are complete dodgers. I have bombarded them with emails, not one has been replied to. They do occasionally reply through IG, but they are condescending, unhelpful and rude. I have asked for a number I can call to speak with someone, in the hope of resolving this. I wait with bated breath … AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought a two-piece set in a size medium, could fit the bottom half on no problem, couldn't even get the top half on. Considering that most of their models have huge fake boobs, I find it incredibly hard to believe that they are fitting into even the biggest size available. I returned back to them within 6 days expecting a refund and was issued with store credit (which I will obviously not be using). I have been quite literally bombarding them daily via email & social to have a refund processed but it has now gotten to the stage where I have had to raise a case with PayPal, report them to trading standards, and initiate a chargeback via my card provider. Do not buy from this company - they are just a bunch of scammers who will do anything they can to hold onto your money (embarrassing). They are also late in filing their company accounts with companies house, which is a big red flag for a company who are going bust or doing something dodgy. Fake positive reviews, subpar quality clothing, inaccurate sizing / advertising of sizing & absolutely horrific customer service.

Items look nothing like the website and the size guide is awful.. I’m a size 8 ordered a medium and that was still too small I got ahold and them and was told to return items then we would go from there Well I Have reached out both via email and Instagram and heard nothing since sending all four of my items back with their say so… The items were signed for by the company and have proof of signature and address as I sent back tracked next day signed for You’d think they’d want you to buy again and just hope it was a one off mistake.. wrong! Terrible customer service would not recommend

If you’re thinking of purchasing then let’s hope it fits and you’re happy with it because you’re screwed otherwise. They don’t offer refunds, credit note only. They ignore your comments on social media, take forever to reply to emails, don’t refund you & when they do finally reply to emails it’s a sarcastic email. Probably the worst customer service I’ve received in a long time which is a shame. I am most unhappy about the service and the way they’ve handled (or failed to handle) my issue however, the products were also very disappointing. I ordered their “Abbie Metallic cardigan dress” and I was gutted because it was absolute nothing like the pictures, no way on earth you could wear it as a dress, it’s a cardigan unlike the pictures. Save yourself the hassle and order somewhere else, the customer service team are absolutely dire.

I ordered 2 pieces worth £60 , looked NOTHING like the photos so decided to return them, turns out from reading the returns they only offer store credit, and 2 weeks later, 3 emails, they haven’t even offered me that. don’t buy from here as you can’t get your money back and they don’t respond :)

Received a dress that I did not want. Material not good. Cut of the dress bad. Customer service admitted to sending the wrong dress so I payed $25 to ship back. Few days later said they didn't make a mistake and will only issue a credit and no refund for $25 return shipping. Payed $132 in total to receive and return this dress to receive a $100 store credit. Not reliable company. Replied to my emails a week at a time. This site is risky. If you think you might return something don't bother with this site. Will lose a lot of money.

Ordered an item for next day Saturday delivery on a Friday night for my birthday. The order didn’t end up coming till the Tuesday. The item came and was completely see through and had a fault in it. I emailed asking for a refund as the order didn’t even arrive in time and was faulty in which they responded 12 days later that it wasn’t faulty and wasn’t there fault they didn’t send it out on time. I’ve been sending numerous emails which they don’t respond to and are extremely rude and unprofessional when they respond. They’ve given be store credit which I don’t want as would never want to order from a scamming company.

After weeks of trying to send a dress back, I got a credit note so was forced to order again.. it took 3 weeks to receive my order. If you mail them, expect to be waiting up to a week for them to even reply then you're waiting again each mail back and forth. Ridiculous. There is a reason they don't put what materials are in the clothing in the description also materials are cheap! Everything is super thin.

This company sells poorly designed and faulty products. You can read the Daily Mail news article regarding Destiny Campbell who's dress completely fell apart and left her exposed. Sorelle's response was "she should've ordered a bigger size". Go read for yourself.

Breaking the Law Avoiding their LEGAL obligations regarding distance selling. My daughter returned items - as per the LAW - requesting a complete refund. It was done within the LEGAL time limit and within the LAW. All they offered was a gift card - which is AGAINST the law. This was confirmed by Citizen's Advice: "In regards to Consumer Contract Regulations, this gives you a 14 day cancellation period when you purchase goods from a distance. In regards to the refund, this should be paid to you with in 14 days of the date the refund is agreed and via the SAME PAYMENT METHOD" £79.04 is a LOT OF MONEY to be ripped off with. When I try to comment on the facebook, twitter & instagram accounts of sorelle's owners - who are easy to find online - they delete comments and block me. Like and share the MANY bad reviews of them to all your instagram, twitter and facebook accounts. Shame them into doing the right thing. Stop others being ripped off.

These DO NOT refund money. Will only give store credit on T&C I found this! I would never bought from them if I knew this! Sneaky!!!... if you actually do get one. They ignore your messages, emails n delete your comments on fb asking for return address. Paid £60 for a dress, material is RUBBISH for £60. These need investigating its not right what they do

They have the absolute worst customer service. I returned my items in September to receive a credit note? Who doesn’t give full returns now. Have been unable to buy anything since because everything they make is aimed at people size 6 and below. Sizes are ridiculous, quality is horrendous. I finally thought I could get rid of the credit note and ordered something, to which it came super small again so I returned it, it also had a mark on the item, I noted this on the return note and they have said they’re returning the item to me because I’ve marked it? They’re now refusing to believe me even though this was stated on the returns label and are sending me useless material back. All in all I’m so disappointed and they’re a con, eager to take money and point blank refusal to give it back. In addition to this they take months to even register your return. They’re a nightmare!

DO NOT BUY FROM SORELLE I purchased four items that took SEVEN weeks to get delivered…. And then there were only two of the four items in the package. I have reached out via email & Instagram with no responses!! They will respond on instagram once or twice until you prove them wrong. They want to tell me that I’m lying about my package only having half of my order sent!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT BUY FROM SORELLEI’m

Worst experience ordering from them! I ordered from them couple of years ago and they’ve sent me something completely different to my ordered messaged them on insta and directly emailed them no answer but as soon as I commented on their picture they deleted my comment and sent me a abusive dm from their business page and the owner Manuella’s page! Stupidly again I ordered from them thinking they may be different now they’re opening a shop too! But worst experience ever! They’ve sent me a dress with a massive hole in it and I emailed many times no response and they don’t even care to get back to you!! I agree with everyone else calling them thieves!!! I can’t believe why their business doesn’t get shut down when this is how they run it! This time I will take it further and make a official complain. Don’t buy from them
