Had a bad experience with Sorrelle a few months back, sent me the complete wrong item, they then issued me a gift card, I chose another item and this still came wrong. I decided to give them another chance and order from them again, this time I ordered a co ord trouser set but got sent a skirt. I sent several messages to the Instagram who weren’t much help. When asking for a trouser set to be sent out to me I then got told they were out of stock. Shambles

Awful with returns sent back my parcel and said it was over return date when it was not took months to reply to my emails and messages when I said I had not recieved refund or my item as well, would not issue me any sort of compensation I gave them all the proof I had shipped, awful clothes quality and horrible customer service DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

They don’t answer emails. I ordered two of the same outfit but they only actually sent one yet the note inside claimed there was two so I have to pay for both as I can’t prove they didn’t send it (which they did not!) material is very poor quality. Also I ordered a lot of bikinis which don’t fit and I can’t send them back as they don’t accept returns! These were terrible quality also. Now I have a over £100 of bikinis I won’t wear and have to keep. They don’t like to give you your money back at all so if you do send anything back they’ll issue a credit note in this day and age. Seriously don’t waste your money.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would!!!! Do not recommend. I ordered an outfit size (M) which is stated as a 10-12. This did not fit me. For reference I am a small 12. This company does not refund money, just gives you store credit note which would be fine, however I’m now stuck with a credit note for a company that doesn’t stock sizes larger than a 12! And as I stated above their size M didn’t fit me!! Not very inclusive in this day and age! I emailed and got a reply of a link to their terms and conditions page! What a cheek honestly! After sending a second email in response I’ve now not received a reply! Honestly avoid this store at all costs! Terrible customer service! Too add their website shows all the clothes on size 6-8 models no larger sizes. Speaks volumes if you ask me!

Would give a 0 star if there was that option Worst customer service ever Goods trashy and of extremely poor quality No refund policy, even tho item delivered 3 weeks later than promised. I did not get a refund. AVOID AT ALL Cost

Initially I ordered an outfit and was not told until the day of delivery it was in fact out of stock. I’d paid 7 pound for quick delivery. So I re ordered and paid again. Neither item came next day as specified they each took around a week and they refused to refund postage. The quality of the clothes when they arrived was horrible. So thin worst quality I’ve experienced. I then returned them and they refused to give me store credit on an item as they said it was returned late even though they delivered to me a week late. They only gave me store credit for the other item. I haven’t been sent back the rejected item (due to ‘late’ return) so they have stole from me. I have been trying to get consistent contact from customer service for two months and it’s so slow as they clearly have intentions of keeping my money and the clothing which is unfair on anyone. The customer service team are also rude when told they clothes are poor quality. Would never give any more money to this brand. Worst I’ve ever experienced theyll steal your money as it’s the only way they can make money because the clothing is awful. I’m purely going to spend the store credit so they can’t keep even more of my money for nothing in return.

I found a cute dress on this site so I ordered it. Took a month to arrive, no one answers your emails. Upon receiving the dress, it felt like it was cut from a stocking, one adjustment and the whole thing would probably rip. It’s also completely see through and should not be worn out in public. You can find similar clothes on shein for way less and better quality. I would not suggest purchasing from here, you’d never get a response even if you did decide to return it.

My daughter who is 14 went shopping for her holiday (supposed to be shorts, tops etc😫😫) and bought a dress from Sorello in Meadowhall, Sheffield. When she brought it back I could see that it was wayyyyyy inappropiate for her and returned it today to be told they do not refund but give credit notes!!!!!! She is 14????!!!!! There ia nothing in that store that is suitable and the fact that my daughter is 5’11 in height so trousers. Tops were much too short. Plus the shoes are not at all appropiate for her either!!!!! AVOID AVLID AVOID. It was only £28 which is not alot of dosh but it is the principle!!!!! BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . These guys won’t be In business for long just watch and see.

SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY! I’d give no stars if I could. Poor quality clothes that you can find 1/4 of the price on SHEIN. Terrible customer service. Unclear return policy but despite returning they won’t return your money and won’t respond to your messages or emails. The girl is RUDE just reads your messages n don’t reply but can post daily on her story. Do not waste your time buying from Sorelle absolutely shocking service and having to claim money back through my bank as I returned 1st class recorded through Royal Mail and was confirmed it was delivered next day but they told me to wait 20 days for returns.. I did n now they blanking n ignoring messages. Been more than patient but this is actually disgusting behaviour from this brand. Will never order from them again. Still owe me £150 the dirty theives! Order number 89986 Arrived late although paid for next day delivery ! I wanted these for holiday but ended up coming when I was away . Second returned all the items and radio silence from customer service items were in the company on the 9th May confirmed with tracking BUT been told to wait another 20 days to process the return !!!! Ridiculous!!!!! No refund but get a credit note god knows when that will arrive for order 89986 Radio silence from customer services still ….. It’s been and gone 20 days Credit worth 100s still waiting to hear back the company is pretty awful on communications and service overall . Also you have to short to wear most of their stuff if your a lovely 5ft 8/9 like me don’t bend over hahaha !!! Clothes are great as are shoes but it seems more recently I’ve been more abs more let down with the delivery, returns, service and now sizing …. Come on guys you used to be fab a few years ago what’s going on??

WORST COMPANY GOING. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I’ve never had such problems with a company or been treated so poorly!!!! After sending a return back worth £125 on April 27th, they have since constantly fobbed me off with different excuses and now on MAY 31st they are completely ignoring me!! They have not processed this return which has left me out of pocket. I am absolutely disgusted with their service and I will never ever use this company and please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. The clothes are CHEAP, threads hanging off, stitches done wrong I only kept one co ord as it took 2 weeks to come and I needed it for my night out as it took that long I didn’t have a choice! The staff are rude, unhelpful are disrespectful - I hope they get the karma they deserve.

I would give 0 star if there was an option. DO NOT BUY from this company! Customer service is non existent. They misled me, sending me emails saying my order had been dispatched, which it hadn’t. They blamed Evri for the delivery, which has since proved to be a total lie. When I pushed them further, they then informed me my delivery was being dispatched that day. I paid for delivery, at payment point it said delivery would be 3-5 working days. My order came weeks later, too late for my holiday. Both items of extremely low quality. When I asked how to return them and that I wanted a full refund, they directed me to their terms and conditions. I have to return them at my own cost (even tho they were late) and I gave 14 days in which they must be returns. This company are complete dodgers. I have bombarded them with emails, not one has been replied to. They do occasionally reply through IG, but they are condescending, unhelpful and rude. I have asked for a number I can call to speak with someone, in the hope of resolving this. I wait with bated breath … AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought a two-piece set in a size medium, could fit the bottom half on no problem, couldn't even get the top half on. Considering that most of their models have huge fake boobs, I find it incredibly hard to believe that they are fitting into even the biggest size available. I returned back to them within 6 days expecting a refund and was issued with store credit (which I will obviously not be using). I have been quite literally bombarding them daily via email & social to have a refund processed but it has now gotten to the stage where I have had to raise a case with PayPal, report them to trading standards, and initiate a chargeback via my card provider. Do not buy from this company - they are just a bunch of scammers who will do anything they can to hold onto your money (embarrassing). They are also late in filing their company accounts with companies house, which is a big red flag for a company who are going bust or doing something dodgy. Fake positive reviews, subpar quality clothing, inaccurate sizing / advertising of sizing & absolutely horrific customer service.

Items look nothing like the website and the size guide is awful.. I’m a size 8 ordered a medium and that was still too small I got ahold and them and was told to return items then we would go from there Well I Have reached out both via email and Instagram and heard nothing since sending all four of my items back with their say so… The items were signed for by the company and have proof of signature and address as I sent back tracked next day signed for You’d think they’d want you to buy again and just hope it was a one off mistake.. wrong! Terrible customer service would not recommend

If you’re thinking of purchasing then let’s hope it fits and you’re happy with it because you’re screwed otherwise. They don’t offer refunds, credit note only. They ignore your comments on social media, take forever to reply to emails, don’t refund you & when they do finally reply to emails it’s a sarcastic email. Probably the worst customer service I’ve received in a long time which is a shame. I am most unhappy about the service and the way they’ve handled (or failed to handle) my issue however, the products were also very disappointing. I ordered their “Abbie Metallic cardigan dress” and I was gutted because it was absolute nothing like the pictures, no way on earth you could wear it as a dress, it’s a cardigan unlike the pictures. Save yourself the hassle and order somewhere else, the customer service team are absolutely dire.

I ordered 2 pieces worth £60 , looked NOTHING like the photos so decided to return them, turns out from reading the returns they only offer store credit, and 2 weeks later, 3 emails, they haven’t even offered me that. don’t buy from here as you can’t get your money back and they don’t respond :)

Received a dress that I did not want. Material not good. Cut of the dress bad. Customer service admitted to sending the wrong dress so I payed $25 to ship back. Few days later said they didn't make a mistake and will only issue a credit and no refund for $25 return shipping. Payed $132 in total to receive and return this dress to receive a $100 store credit. Not reliable company. Replied to my emails a week at a time. This site is risky. If you think you might return something don't bother with this site. Will lose a lot of money.
