“First time user. Made last minute reservation thru SnapTravel, simple and easy. They were $20 per night cheaper than anyone else. No problems, no issues, easy! Since it was first time to use, only gave 4 stars. Plan to use again, and if they perform as good, an easy 5 star rating.”

“It was easy to book the rooms. There was no issues checking in and everything went great No refunds but I read that so didnt expect and didnt need one”

“Snaptravel was quick and offered the best rate for the accommodation that I was looking for... customer service was responsive to my inquiries in record time. My only complaint is that they offered $20 bucks off on my next stay but I never got that because the discount was issued without me knowing it. By the time I found out about it....it had already expired.”

“I would recommend and use again!! The rates were good given that it was Spring Break weekend when traveled. Probably and would've been even better if it wasn't. The service was AWESOME!! I gave 4⭐ because unfortunately I had to wait an hour for my room to be ready. Yes! I'd use Snaptravel again. The wait wasn't that bad.”

“The online booking was a bit difficult if youre not familiar with their website. Otherwise it was a great deal and i had no problems checking in or during my stay. Also got some credit added to my account after a stay randomly which was a nice added bonus!”

“4.5 Stars When I booked my room, it was for the Great Price.I also received Very Good Reminders and Notes on the Hotel. The Whole Process was very Welcoming and Inviting!!! Thank you Snaptravel! I will use Snaptravel again and will Definitely recommend to others!”
