“Consistent, reliable, quick, user-friendly, accurate service. The first time I used it, I called the hotel to see if I was booked and the attendant confirmed straight away. I have used it ever since with no problems. Thank you!”

“I had a great experience with Snaptravel. I made a reservation one day before and everything went smoothly. I saved $20. The only thing that could have gone better is that I paid ~$4/day for a hot breakfast but due to COVID-19 the restaurant was closed. That’s a reasonable error.”

“Snap provides great rates on quality hotels. We stayed at a very nice hotel on Miami Beach for a 30% lower fare. Check in was easy so appreciated them calling ahead.”

“Husband had to stay over due to bad weather. Since this was last minute, I was very happy that a king suite was available. He said the hotel was really nice and reserving the room was very easy and cheaper thank if I went on the hotel website.”

“Price wise it is cheaper than other agents. Good response. Easy check in. In total it was hassle free booking and check in. I very much liked the instant and cheerful response for all inquiries”

“Easy app to navigate and secure hotel stay. Was given several confirmations to secure the reservation which was assuring. Price was exceptionally reasonable for a weekend stay (Friday - Sunday) just under $170 total. Just know that you will receive what the hotel has available when booking through this app. We got a double bed room, which was just fine, but to the surprise of my husband until I explained to him the policies. You may be able to specify room type preference, not certain. Nonetheless, we'll definitely use Snaptravel again as it's affordable and quick service.”

“At first I thought I save about $20 online but the hotel said they needed $20 at the front door when signing in. I’m sure snaptravel had nothing to do with it but I thought I paid my part in full so really I didn’t really save anything lol but I enjoy the hotel!”

“Good first experience. Hotel couldn't put deposit on credit used through snapshot. Make sure you bring card with you. I didn't. Otherwise no problem with reservation.”
