“TERRIBLE!!! FRAUDULENT!!!! DO NOT BIOK THROUGH SUPERTRAVEL. YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO REACH ANYOEN TO HELP WITH ANYTHING AND if you do get lucky enough to reach a person, they'll say "sorry we can't do a damn thing for you at all" Im trying to email them a receipt for a partial refund, but everytime I send the email I get an Auto-Reply back that says "your ticket has been closed"!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah right!!!!!!!!!! Scammers. They don't want you to be able to reach them so they can keep your stolen money. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN”

“I needed a room for a night in Boston because I had an early procedure at the hospital the next day. So, rather than fighting traffic and leaving my house at 500am I looked to book it someplace that wasn't too expensive. I went through the typical hotel sites and found a place. About 2 hrs later Super Travel popped up on phone. I looked up the same hotel and it was $35 cheaper for the same room. I quickly cancelled my other reservation and saved the extra money. For my 12 hour stay it was well worth it.”
