“I did a reservation fastly, easily and cheap. After the first faulty reservation, the room availability changed and I had to call to the customare care for having back my money: the services was clear and fast. The only negative note is that the customare care number is not free and I had to pay for not my guilt (this is the reading for 4 stars and not 5)”
