“Booked a “classic room” which according to their site has “a double, queen or king bed”. Arrived to find the boolinng was for a single room, with a single bed. Complained and was told it was too late to refund. PayPal won’t help unless you run the risk of launching a complaint and not staying in the room. Don’t waste your time unless you want a stressful holiday. Total scam.”
