“My home AC broke and temperatures in Houston can get to 106F. Had to get a hotel in a hurry. Im a honors member with Hilton and their pricing was much higher than thru snaptravel for the same Hilton hotel. Not sure how they do it but I saved a ton staying in the same hotel I wanted. Thanks snaptravel.”

“Booked a room at Econo Lodge/MA through Snaptravel for 392.00. I then needed to reschedule/reconfigure the booking dates from 7/11-7/15 (old) to 7/17-7/21 (new). In order to process this new booking, I needed to convert the specific amount required for the new booking (=329.00) to "credits" so that I could immediately configure this new booking based on my modified schedule. Having rebooked for the new time frame, there was a resulting credit of 63.00 after the new booking was complete. I then called Snaptravel to have that 63.00 dollars in credit refunded back to my card. They refused to do this. The system/program which prompted me to convert to credits so as to then immediately be able to rebook my motel reservation for the new dates is flawed. The fact that Snaptravel refused to refund me the accrued 63.00 credit is totally unacceptable.”
