“DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS WEBSITE. Checked in to a hotel with no running water, sperm on the bed & trash everywhere - they REFUSE to initiate a refund. No one speaks English - no help at all. PAY FULL PRICE FOR THE HOTEL. TRUST ME. THIS IS SUCH A HASSLE.”

“Found the cheapest deal on the hotel I wanted! Was worried booking through a third party website wouldn't be reliable, but I called the hotel a few days before to make sure the reservation was all set and it was! No problems at all! Def will use them again”
