“Die Preise sind sensationell, der Buchungsprozess ist einfach und schnell. Bei meinen ersten Buchungen habe ich im Hotel nach einer Buchungsbestätigung gefragt, weil ich sicher sein wollte, dass alles funktioniert. Alles problemlos! Eine Stornierung hatte ich noch nicht, insofern kann ich nichts dazu sagen. Bisher empfehle ich SuperTravel uneingeschränkt.”

“When looking to book a room at a hotel in Orlando, the usual list of hotel reservation websites popped up: Expedia, bookin.com , hotels.com, etc. All their prices were the same, or, a dollar higher or lower. The price quoted by SuperTravel was about $20 less.”

“Be sure you check for hidden fees in the booking confirmation not disclosed through the booking process. But charged by the hotel. This is how they offer cheap prices, as the hotel stings you on arrival, significantly. They tried to dupe us with 'resort fees' which amount to an additional 25% extra. When raised, they pointed to an obscure part of the website that says there 'may' be additional fees, no detail on how much. In addition, all credit we earned through previous bookings was redundant as we can't log into their system. They said they can't help. Not surprising. Absolutely unconscionable behaviour.”

We really appreciate your patience so far and the time spent explaining your concerns with this reservation, nonetheless, please note that it’s a standard practice for hotels to directly charge guests a mandatory deposit and/or resort fees for their reservation. Please note that our travel partner did include the room rate and hotel fees in their price. SuperTravel displays the room rate and then the additional hotel fees are in the "About" section of the hotel card, both pre-booking and in the customer's voucher post-booking. This is separate because they are not charged by us but rather mandatory payments to be made directly to the property and at their sole discretion. “Super Travel was the cheapest price for the same hotel room. When I booked it, it gave me a $70/day discount over a 3 day stay in Washington DC. While not required, they asked to offer a tip to help keep their prices cheap. Because I saved so much money, I was willing to contribute some money to them to help keep prices low. When I made the reservation, it was listed as an Expedia reservation. Not sure if this is always true, but it was for my specific reservation. I will definitely go through Super Travel again!”

“Excellent service, very accommodating for extra towels in bathroom when requested, great breakfast and set up. Very clean room and bathroom. 8 stories high hotel so many customers are spread out which makes for a quiet sleep. Beautiful”

“I had a good experience with Super Travel. I got the best hotel in London and a nice cute excellent servicr hotel in Paris for a very good value as compared to other online booking. Super Travel even alert me on my travels with link to uber or directions to hotel! Superb experience”

“Super Travel were spot on with the lower price for last minute reservations. The Holiday Inn (Greenbelt Md) I stayed in had excellent service from the beginning of my stay till the end when I checked out. Thanks to both parties for making my stay hassle free.”
