“The first booking through Super started badly. They booked us in a hotel that closed down due to frozen sprinkler pipes. Interesting that the parking lot was empty, yet no one from Super or the hotel notified us to make alternate arrangements. I supposed this is a possibility with this site so keep that in mind. We called customer service who looked into the issue for us, confirmed with the hotel and refunded us fully. I cancelled myself another booking a week later at the same hotel as I couldn't risk it. I booked another hotel in the same night through another site as I couldn't, at the time trust Super. I wasn't even sure how quickly the refund would happen, but it did. Real fast, the same night. I then booked the hotel I needed a week later through them, after getting some credits for the trouble and everything went great this time. That was the benefit of the doubt I have them. I have 2 more bookings with them in April but I'm hoping they'll go without a hitch. I guess, as I get to use them more, due to the great prices, especially now that every hotel chain doubled or at least increased by 50% their prices, Super is a breath of fresh air with their lower prices. Let's see what happens. I would recommend them so far for the great customer service and seamless booking that materialized. Will def use them again!”

“Hey I am Jake, Head coach of JAKES ACADEMY OF PUBLIC SPEAKING, NY. Last week I was in Harvard University, MA with my 40 students and their families. When I reserved hotel room through the Hotel website, the price was super high. Then I tried with SUPER TRAVEL. I got frozen when I realized that I could reserve rooms with a price 40% less than the direct hotel quote. I saved a lot. I am a frequent traveler and I instructed my office to create a direct contract with “Super”. That much I am impressed.”

“We arrived at our hotel to find out the air conditioner was not working and had to make a new reservation at a different property. Super Travel contacted me immediately and refunded the original reservation within minutes. Great customer service and prices are the lowest you can find.”

“Site saved me money compared to quoted rates from other popular travel sites. Initially thought I might have a lower level of service or issues at the hotel, but that was not the case at all. Just a better rate with the same level of service. Will certainly tell my friends about my experience.”
