“I booked a hotel in NYC 10 days in advance via SnapTravel, when I arrived today, I was told SnapTravel never made a reservation. I have been trying to reach someone on the phone for 20 mins without any response. Can you believe it?”

“I have made a reservation with Snap Travel. Booking reservation is 5024420, I received the confirmation via email and sms from Snap Travel. But when I arrived at the hotel for check in they informed me that the reservation is not valid and I have to contact the agency. I contacted Snaptravel and they started giving lies and excesses, I travelled 500 km with two babies less that 2 yrs and have been waiting in the lobby for 3 hours and I found out that I have to drive back because of such cheater! They spoiled my vacating and make pain for me and my family Now I have been following up with them for the next 10 days to refund me the reservation due to their mistake and there is no result just continue giving lies and excuses, now they stop responding. Don’t use them they will spoiled your vacation one time. Use trusted companies such as Expidea, Booking.com, Agoda”
