“The room was very nice comfortable large the description was right on the money with it yes I would recommend somebody to stay there the breakfast was very good only thing that was bad about they had no biscuits and gravy other than that it was great staff was friendly”

“I discovered SuperTravel while booking some last minute travel and was happy with the deal that I got as well the confidence gained in them, as a result of my reservations going off without a hitch. I have used one other "new" 3rd party company that botched my reservations and turned a vacation into a nightmare. This was not the case here.”

Hi Marius, We really appreciate your patience so far and the time spent explaining your concerns with this reservation, nonetheless, please note that it’s a standard practice for hotels to directly charge guests a mandatory deposit and/or resort fees for their reservation. Please note that our travel partner did include the room rate and hotel fees in their price. SuperTravel displays the room rate and then the additional hotel fees are in the "About" section of the hotel card, both pre-booking and in the customer's voucher post-booking.

“Super travel is hands down one of my favorite methods for booking travel. The more I book with SuperTravel the more I seem to save. I'm reluctant to use any other platform for travel booking for myself and my family!”
