“I wasn't aware of Snaptravel until I searched for a hotel on Tripadvisor and they showed a fantastic price through Snaptravel. I found the site to be very easy to navigate. The first page I saw showed the room and price as indicated on Tripadvisor, which is good - no bait and switch. And then it offered me the option to look for other types of rooms in the same hotel with a very easy search. Once I found the room I wanted, Snaptravel gave me all the information I need about the room charges, resort fees, and room details. Finally, booking was very fast and easy. Thank you, I'll be back!”

“First I called Holiday Inn Express to inquire about room rates; it was going to be $115 total per night. Then I checked with Snaptravel, and it was $85 total per night. Wow, what a savings!”

“Terrible customer service. Could not check in after paying for reservation. The hotel uses a card provided by snaptravel that was invalid took two hours of back and forth calls to get checked it.”
