“We've used Snap 3 or 4 times and have had nothing but great experiences. Our latest stay at a Vegas 5 star hotel was literally less than 1/2 the price of the other booking sites on Kayak. The possibility of an upgrade is also a feature which occurred on a stay in Paris, at no extra cost to us.”

“Great low cost and easy to use service! My only suggestion to improvement would be to better explain the snap rewards program and how rewards can be used. For example, I recently earned a $30 snap reward credit which I was excited and eager to use however, upon trying to use it on extending my stay it said that I could only use $6.54 of it on my current stay and that the rest of it would be expiring the next day.?!? So I wasn’t sure what the point of the credit s for if I couldn’t really use it nor were there any instructions or explanations on how to use it. 🤷🏻‍♀️”
