“As I was checking into the hotel, a couple who chose a different discount travel agent, was waiting to get checked in with THEIR discounted reservations ...which was not showing in hotels system apparently.. How do I know? They stopped me as I was coming in and said if you have reservations, all systems are down for the last two 2 hours. Well my sucks to be you attitude, kicked in and I proceeded to check in anyway, I had NO problem booking 30 min in advance with snaptravels discounted rate and was checked in and in my room in 15 min. they were still waiting for their booking agent to pull through. It was my First time using snaptravel and have already recommended to several people. Will definitely use again.”

“This company is a SCAM. DO NOT USE. My nonprofit books 8-10 hotel rooms a month. I was psyched to learn about SnapTravel. But when we got to the hotel they only gave us one room, instead of the two that we paid for. I had to share a room with my co-worker (embarrassing and not professional). I was sure that SnapTravel would make it right, once I let them know of the hotel's mistake, and that they would give us SnapTravel credits for the room that we could use for our next booking. But they didn't. Such a shame. If they had done that one small thing, we would have been fans for life! Sad to say that this company is probably a scam :(”

“Easy booking and the lowest price! For example I booked a room in the same hotel for $175 the previous night. Snaptravel was $101! thats a HUGE SAVINGS! Really good updates and communication regarding my reservations! Two thumbs up”
