“At first I was skeptical because I had never seen a travel company that does things by text message. I’ll have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how well things went. The deal I received was much lower than the prices from other providers. Before my stay in Los Angeles I received text reminders and they made sure to check up on me to see how things were going. Excellent customer service and I will definitely use SnapTravel again!”

“Got an amazing rate on a wonderful hotel right near Disney - almost 50% off. Couldn’t find anything close anywhere besides Snaptravel. Just be sure when you see a listing you like that you “snap” it up quickly!!”

“My car died at 9:30 pm so I was forced to find a room last minute. All the rooms around were 200$ and up. My funds were tight due to being out of town for my sick granddaughter. I thought I was going to end up sleeping my broken car in the parking garage of the hospital. Snap travel had a room for 100$ and saved the night for me ! After an Uber ride , I was able to actually get a little rest.”

“Dishonest and pathetic scamming company installed the app just so that I could online chat with customer service for my paid booking but hotel doesn't have it. Everytime you get a different person though they give you the same canned scripted response. Tonnes of other guests paid for their bookings and sometimes only to find the hard truth on check-in date that either the hotel doesn't actually have the reservation from snaptravel or snaptravel haven't paid the hotel. STAY AWAY!”

As a third-party we cannot control why some properties can only see find the HCN closer to check-in versus others that can provide their HCN weeks in advance.
