“I happened upon Snaptravel’s site while looking for a hotel for an upcoming trip. The place I was looking at, a Hilton in Florida was $261 a night. Snaptravel offered a room there for $99 a night. I “snapped” (!) it up. Beautiful accommodations at a fantastic price!”

“Do not book with them!! I tested positive for COVID a few days before my trip. I sent snap travel documentation of my positive test result and requested that I get refunded as I did not want to put others at risk of getting COVID. They were very rude and non accommodating. All I asked was for a refund for one person as there were two other people that still went on the trip. I asked that they change the room accommodations from 3 to 2 which they did, but they refused to refund me my money. Do not book with them. They are very difficult to work with and will not accommodate for emergency situations out of your control. I am out $600+ now.”

Hi there, we are sorry to hear about your negative experience. Unfortunately, we do not refund for changing the number of occupants in a room as this is not normal protocol across the travel industry. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

“Very user friendly, just go to your messenger search deals, usually saving a few dollars more than the competitors. Your initial search on the web for hotel deals, you'll need to select snap travel then you'll be ready to do any future deals through your messenger.”
