Do NOT use this service, they have hidden fees of $52. There is nothing mentions about additional fees for using there service. Could not get any help from customer service or speak to a supervisor. Also could not tell me where the fees are on showed when booking. I have use a lot of others service Never had anything like this, very very poor

If I could leave no stars I would. I have been trying to hear back from someone since Sunday night! The room we booked, looked nothing like the photos, it was a "suite" with no POWER, NO HOT WATER, NO HEAT IN DECEMBER! The king suite, had no microwave, leaking bathtub, smelled terrible, no phone in the room, no fridge, no coffee maker.... what kind of "suite" was this? We contacted snaptravel through fb messenger because that's the only contact the give and I still have yet to hear back.

Scam company, quotes rates they cannot offer. Continues to send text messages after me specifically requesting to be removed from their scam marketing. Do not trust. Absolute scum

I fucken put 180.00 on my debit card. I went to the hotel and they wouldnt take my netspend card. I just stayed there 2 nights prior and they accepted my card with no deposit! I went in with the confirmation # Snaptravel gave me. What fucken liars and scum bags you are! I am going directly to the BBB and suing you for hard ship. Im not going to give up until i am in my grave. Im crying because im tired of being taken advantage of. Im Not going to let you get away with this!

I have booked a night in a Hotel in Winnipeg through your website and money has been withdrawn from credit card. WhenI arrived at the hotel, I was denied entry to the hotel due to COVID-19. I have been in chat with you guys for over a week to get my money back due to your mistake (showing a hotel that doesn't accept guests in your search engine). Today, I was issued a travel credit as it was my mistake and I cancelled the booking which is not the truth. I should have been issued a refund to my credit card and compansated for what happened. #neveragain

They are inflexible and uncaring. If you need anything changed, that are not going to help you even if it's a government mandate. Government restrictions meant we can't use our hotel and instead of trying to work with us to give credits etc, it was a blanket no. Very disappointing.

Travel cancelled by COVID and not eligible for refund. Customer bot would tell you could get travel credits but then sends you to online form which basically says you won't get anything. Called the hotel directly and could modify reservation myself, which a decent customer service would have at least try. Good deals but WORST customer service. Will never use again.

This policy was stated throughout our website and booking process, as the health and travel risks were clear at the time of purchase. Do not use this company, booked hotel accommodation & when I arrived at hotel they hadn't been paid so wanted me to pay again. Wasted so much time trying to confirm booking prior as it took ages for the booking to reach hotel & then chasing them & PayPal afterwards. So frustrating, would never use again, very unhelpful when I contact them. Still trying to sort out.

The reason we can not issue a refund is because you have filed a chargeback on this booking. Therefore, any compensation will have to come through your financial institution. Worst Customer Service !!! Dont book from this site ! Due to COVID - 19 we had to cancel and they never offered to refund !! This is an International service, don't get into the trap!

If I could give 0 stars then I would. The prices on this site is good but not worth it. I WILL NEVER book a hotel reservation through this site ever again. I will warn all my family and friends about this site as well. We booked a hotel reservation in advanced for our vacation and due to covid spiking again and CA issuing a stay at home order we are no longer able to travel there. We reached out to customer service. We weren't even asking for a refund we were just asking for a credit for next time. They refused to give it to us twice and they also said do not submit anymore request because they will continue to send the same automated message. This is NO WAY to treat your customers. This isn't the first time we have had issues with this company. We are both contracted employees (computers and healthcare) so we go to hotels a lot. Once again we will never use this website again.

Zero customer service! It is literally a bot company. You will never get to speak with a human. Their policies are 100% inflexible and unhelpful. They will present the lowest price to snag your money and then provide zero customer service if you have any booking issues, problems or changes. There is no phone number where you can speak with a human. You’ll be stuck chatting with a robot through their “customer service chat.” The bot will only repeat the same phrases in response to your questions. Horrible company that just wants to grab your money.

Hotel had no accommodations for me after booking through snap travel. They Stole my money!!!!! Flore, the representative is a thief. Stay away from booking with snap travel, They send you predatory texts with deals that are “too good to be true”. Because they are not. Untrustworthy low life scum of the hotel hospitality booking industry. Reporting to BBB.

WORST COMPANY EVER. STICK WITH ORBITZ OR EXPEDIA WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS WORLD. I paid $826 for a trip on November 6th. My grandfather who lives with me became ill with Covid and I advised the company that there is no way that he lives with me and I don't have it. They refused to credit me anything and told me since I have negative covid results (I received a week before my grandfather was tested) I would not have a problem. I called the hotel and they advised me that I should not come as I would infect alot of people. They also advised me that they have no problems changing my reservations for a later date in 2021 but the merchant has to approve it. They refused. They rather me travel with covid than to give me a credit (SO THEY DONT LOSE MONEY) what a horrible company. Don't give them your money. They don't care about people or businesses.

Made reservations in June for a trip to the Keys @ Hawks Cay Resort. The front desk said there were two reservations by accident and canceled one. Snap travel refused to pay Hawks Cay even though they sent them the correction and explained there was a glitch. Hawks Cay charged me for the stay . I have been trying to get a refund since September.

I had COVID19 Positive result and sent in my results as well i am a healthcare worker, I requested a refund i called the hotel and expedian the company owner/lender they both informed me it shouldn't be a issue to get a refund because my results i contacted snap travel any they denied my $200 refund!! I would never use them!!! they dont care about the customer or COVID19

Hi there, we are sorry for the inconvenience. As we are a third party booking site we do have different policies and procedures than the hotel. This means, even if a hotel confirms to you that they have waived the booking fees, we still must confirm this with our travel partner before issuing a refund. In your case, I can confirm that we’ve already negotiated your cancellation request with our travel partner but unfortunately, they have denied a refund. This is because the hotel charged us and our travel partner for your stay. We’re very sorry this is not the outcome you wanted.

Run away!! False promises. They claim a hotel is available for a lowrate, once you pay SnapTravel they don't care about you. Hotels don't have availability with SnapTravel. Theives!!!!

It's obvious they buy reviews to drive their ratings up. Don't be tricked as they are not a good company. I know for a fact they are not refunding people even if they have Covid. Everything is automated when you try to talk to them and they will not get on a phone to discuss. Buyer beware!
