“Customer service was excellent. They came around everyday and asked if I needed anything done. There was a hole in the wall and the fridge was not working. Turned on the second day for a while and shut off again . I’m a non smoker and the hallways definitely had mariguana smoke constantly. Overall a very good deal for the price in that area.”

“What a worthless service. I have booked and paid. Because I was not allowed to enter Mexico, I requested to get a refund. I have been asked to send an e-mail to which there has been no response to date. Very sad that these kinds of organizations get away with it so easily. I'll think about whether you want to stay at a resort where they only want your money.”

“I had to be a Methodist Hospital at 6:30 am and Snaptravel found me a hotel right across the street and the price wasn't bad. I approve Snaptravel.”
