“Just a quick update on my previous review. We bought 2 Huxley sofas back in June 2021. Unfortunately we had a bit of a problem with the underside of one of the cushions. I sent Warren an email about it and he arranged to have the cover repaired, gratis. Just got it back today, about 2 weeks after we discovered the problem.
