“I chose Blue Space because of the quality products at the best prices, but I will use them again for their customer service.
Yes they maybe be online, but they are by far more responsive than any shop front company. I could always reach them via phone, email or chat.
When having issues with third party deliveries, they were able to find resolution and dealt with this time sensitive anxious customer in a very professional manner. “Blue Space has been an integral part of our bathroom and laundry renovations. With costs and organisation headaches a-plenty, dealing with the team was a breath of fresh air. The pricing supplied by Jactina for the multi-fit-out blew any of the competitors away, with the professionalism by multiple team members the cherry on top.
With some items out of stock, we were preparing for the worst, with delays to construction. However, Ellie was exceptionally helpful and organised an early shipment of the required items (even splitting an item due to a portion on backorder), ensuring we could meet the rough-in timeline we had initially planned.
We would highly recommend The Blue Space to all who are looking to do a future renovation and are chasing both the highest level of professionalism, service and competitive pricing.”
