“I was happy once I received my order, however it took over 3 weeks. When I was placing my order the product was claimed to be a stock item, however this was not the case, 3 weeks is far to long!”

“After this experience, I probably wont purchase through Blue Space again. One of my items took 4 months to arrive. Most of my order took over 6 weeks to arrive (got told, sorry we forgot to order your item), despite there being a pre-Christmas delivery guarantee. I found returning items an arduous process and took a lot of my time following up to get them to process the refund.”

“Asking for a review before the item has even arrived because it sat in the warehouse for a week is a bad idea.

“Your website is easy to use and the humans behind it are lovely and very helpful. But adding to or changing orders is difficult/impossible and the communication to shipping isn’t great
I submitted 3 orders on the 25th. I’ve received 1 and have had no communication on the other 2. I’ve got trades lined up and no materials or timings. And it’s late according to your turn around times. This is letting you down massively.”

“You guys were super fast with the second toilet we ordered, however we were never updated on the back order of our first toilet that we ordered. It was only after I called to see where it was that I was informed that it won't be in stock until the beginning of August. Dissapointing.”

“A bit disappointed as I think my last order was simply forgotten about because when I called a few weeks after ordering it and asking where it was, it was dispatched the next day. No apology was given for the delay.
We do a lot of bathroom renovations with our company and are looking for a good supplier but need an appropriate turn around time.
Also we received a discount offer after a purchase was made which was a shame as it would have been good to receive that offer prior to the purchase. Trade price would be good”
