My overall experience with the Blue Space was disappointing. I was renovating a bathroom for the first time, spending approx $6000.00 on items and trying to make sure it all matched and worked. Their exuberant consultant advised me, I emailed her to ask her to check that it all went together which she assured me was all good and would look wonderful. Then I find out that the coloured flush button I ordered for the toilet would not fit the toilet I purchased. I had to change the toilet as the one I had purchased did not have the colour flush button I wanted. Positive here was they waived the difference. Then it turns out the coloured flush button they sent was the wrong colour. They sent the right one and did not want the wrong one returned. When the plumber went to install the waste and plug for the vanity basin it turns out the item was the wrong one. They sent the right one express at no charge and did not want the wrong one returned. Their response to my concerns was the right one, replace no charge and send express, but hell, how much are they losing due to incorrect consultation? I found their Admin person Mel was far more knowledgeable then the consultant and actually picked up one of the issues.

I was not aware that the parcel needed to be picked up at post office Working full time makes this very difficult

Prompt interstate delivery. Lovely product. Only downside mirror wasn’t well protected within its out cardboard box and could easily of got damaged in transit ... luckily it didn’t

We found The Blue Space to have a very good selection of products and the phone support was friendly and supportive. We purchased a vanity and basin, mirror, toilet, shower, tapware and all accessories from them. As we had opted for all Gunmetal tapware and finishes, we were advised to add on toilet seat hinges and a cistern flush button in the same finish. However, once our plumber was installing our bathroom, not only did the hinges and cistern flush not fit on the toilet we had ordered, but the pop-up plug and waste didn't fit the basin either. When I called The Blue Space, the only option I was given was to return the products. This was of no use, as the toilet and vanity had already been installed. I had to source a new pop-up plug elsewhere, and the plumber had to then return to finish installing the basin. There was nothing we could do with the toilet. Surely the system should be designed to indicate if the accessories don't fit the items in the order. Not impressed at all.

I returned the product after deciding that a different colour would be a better match. Blue Space acknowledged receipt of the returned product after 2 days but took 10 days to refund the amount. This was only after I rang to query the refund.

Great customer service when ordering and dispatching items. Not so good with returns. Have been waiting for a refund for over 2 weeks.

Not happy that after a month waiting for more order (Aus Post fault) I was short delivered 4 handles. Picking slip was clearly different to the invoice. To be fair I notified and they are express shipping my missing handles.

No notification of delivery of item. Delivered to wrong flat and stayed outside for three days - Disappointing. Ordering was very easy, so that's a positive, though preferred if the driver/warehouse actually communicates with the customer.

First experience was negative as I had to follow up twice before it got shipped. This was my 2nd attempt, and again took over a week before it shipped/left the warehouse.

Ordered a number of fittings online only to find order delayed due to stock shortages (not communicated on the website prior to ordering) and once order finally received some products were not as ordered (incorrect colour). Support Team was helpful though and organised return/ prompt replacement of similar products at no additional cost.

It would be great if you provided more information around instant ship. I thought it meant 1-3 days but it turns out it means 1-3 weeks. Setting expectations pre purchase would be great as now I’m disappointed with Blue Space due to not completely understanding the definition of instant ship. It’s actually misleading.

This is definitely not how our 'instant ship' offer is meant to work and after investigation, I can see this was missed due to a system error on our end where the order did not come through to our allocation team correctly.
