We apologise for any delays in shipping; often this is due to the lead times of products that are in stock with our supplier. We have a delivery calculator which is located underneath "Add to Cart," and all you need to do is enter your postcode and it will give you an estimated shipping cost as well as the delivery lead time. Great website with a large array of bathroom and kitchen products also well priced. Arrived very punctually. Only negative is that I tried the next day after ordering an item to change my order though the operator refused to change the order so had to go through the process of receiving the order and returning it to repurchase the correct item. The return process was a little stressful though it did work out ok.

One of the products delivered was incorrect and one was missing. So I needed to contact Blue Space to organise the return and delivery of the correct product. Then it took a long time for the correct product to arrive.

A good first experience overall. I was notified when the supply of an item in my order was delayed, to determine my wishes. Then when all items were ready, delivery was prompt ... within a week. The only failing was that I did not receive any tracking information for the delivery, no notification that it had been dispatched, so I did not know when to expect it, to watch out for its arrival and safe collection. I was notified only that the order was being packed, but then nothing, so I presumed it had another delay ... so the actual delivery took me by surprise ... I am just glad I was home at that time to receive it all securely.

Due to Christmas/New Years there was a delay in my order, to be expected at that time of year. My order somehow went astray once I got the notice it was being packed to send. After a couple of phone conversations and some investigating from Ellie, it was agreed that a new one would be sent out as the other one had gone missing. I would like to thank Ellie for her time and diligence in following this matter up for me. My product arrived today and I'm grateful for the numerous emails keeping me up to date with how my order was going.

Communication and responsiveness was very good. Took a little longer to arrive than anticipated but was also around christmas time. Followed up quickly when I was lost a part and arranged replacements. Thank you.

The Blue Space is an effective way to purchase bathroom products. The only 2 problems were that 1: delivery was delayed because one product was not available until a much later date so the delivery timeline was blown out and 2: the dispatch team did not update me about this until I asked. Once I had the information the problems were solve and we adjusted the order appropriately. Also the tracking app wasn't working for me. If they had let me know about the delay in a good time and the app was working, I would have given a 5 out of 5.

Hi, I'm rating my previous order (for the same taps) as haven't installed in laundry. We liked them so much we ordered a duplicate set. Have also order the soap holder (looks great). All Clark brand. Was impressed w/ the range, pricing, packing & delivery (and love my new taps). The only negative is that they were missing an alumn key/two washers which thankfully our plumber had in stock (but they would have been hard to source). The new set is complete (and have verified w/ our plumber :)

We ordered a bathroom vanity from The Blue Space. The Blue Space kept us informed of the progress and was delivered within the expected timeframe. We unpacked the vanity within the 24hrs to check for any issues. The cupbard was exactly what we ordered and was sturdy and well made albeit a few scratches, chips and a waterproofing membrane breach. So we contacted The Blue Space via email straight away with photos and descriptions of the issues we found. The Blue Space assessed our concerns quickly and it was decided they’d send out a new unit with priority. We received our new unit within 2 weeks and this time it was in mint condition. It was a pleasure dealing with them. We have also purchased other bathroom items and have found them to be good quality. I gave a 4 star rating only because the vanity needed to be replaced, but otherwise their service was excellent from start to finish. Thank you to The Blue Space for all your help support.

I had an issue with my order because it was damaged during transit, but the team at The Blue Space, especially Ellie, were amazing. They sorted it out quickly, kept me updated, and offered great replacement options. The whole process was so easy, and their customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely shop with them again!
