Delivery was a bit haphazard though: was not told to expect delivery on the day - the driver just rocked up out of the blue. What if I wasn't at home? Would he have just left the (fairly valuable) stuff outside my door?”

“Order was delivered quickly and the one item out of stock was supplemented with another after discussion with me. The only problems were that the colour of the tap ware was nothing like the pictures on the website and one item had a part missing but this was sorted out sufficiently. Also one item was originally sent as the wrong colour and it was replaced with the right one fairly quickly b”
