“Great quality product. When they arrived they were missing the fixings, however, once we advised them, they sorted it out quickly and the screws arrived a few days later.
My only comment is that you should make your fixing screws longer. They will barely fit through the timber and secure the handles.
If you have longer fixing screws we would appreciate them, otherwise, we may need to look for others.”

“The website, payment and delivery service was fantastic. Unfortunately the product was not appropriate for what i needed when it arrived. I actually thought I bought something twice the size of the actual product.”
“The ADP mirrored cabinet that I ordered was sent swiftly. There was an error though that led to the item being listed as 20kg when it weighs more than twice that. It was sent with one delivery driver instead of two, so trying to get it in the building was very difficult.”
“Michaela from the Blue space Was very helpful after me not receiving a response to my order that was placed awhile back. With the pandemic and auspost and working from home conditions I ended up going with someone local as it was a time sensitive issue with bathroom accessories .
I very much appreciated the many apologies I received from Michaela and a full refund was processed . I will return to Blue space however, it will be after covid calms down and things return to normal. That’s With all online shopping though. Shout out to Michaela for reaching out and reassuring me this never usually happens and apologising.. thank you ☺️”

“Unit looks good and well made although yet to be installed. The unit was built and delivered well within the quoted time but unfortunately sink waste was not delivered. We had to contact you to get it sent out and two weeks went by. The waste was delivered this week and has meant no installation.
So the unfortunate part is the automated system reminds me to provide feedback when I am still a little annoyed by the delay and have not had the joy of seeing the finished product installed. Bad timing. Should of asked in a couple of weeks time.
Anyway it will be fine as the until is quality. Better logistics maybe or timing on the survey requests.”

Swapping choice of sink and getting a refund was easy and instant. The only hiccup was the delivery service going to the wrong house which delayed receiving goods by 2 days.
