“Product is great quality but initial ETA was exaggerated by more than 4 weeks so made initial install date expected for July-August. From shipping date updated ETA had the product arriving a month sooner. Not a major issue but was quite an unexpected reschedule and required reorganising with installer.”

“Ordering online was relatively easy and delivery was quick.
However the website allows you to order any items you want even if they are not compatible with each other.
The toilet seat hinges I ordered do not fit the upgraded toilet seat that came as a package with the toilet I ordered and that don't match the cistern flush button fitted.”

“Ordered 3 cupboard door handles. 1 arrived. The second one arrived a couple of weeks later. I had to chase up the third handle with the customer service team - it had a small ding in it on arrival. Extra star for the customer service team who were very lovely and helpful.”
