“We purchased all our goods for our ensuite renovation from The Blue Space. Easy process and all the goods were delivered in two lots in a timely manner.
2-3 months following our delivery the last of the ensuite goods (accessories) were due to be installed and were too big for our small ensuite. I read the terms and conditions and was basically not entitled to anything. So I wrote an email and explained why I had waited so long etc and Ellie (a very empathic and considerate staff member) sent it to the appropriate team for consideration, which was later approved. Can't ask for more than than that. Soo happy with the Ellie and the company's flexibility. Thank you!!”

Everyone I have dealt with at The Blue Space has been very helpful; from p.c.s seeking information, to the purchase, then storage, and then the delivery. A very good experience from my perspective.
I was worried that the delivery might be delayed to when I was unavailable, but the delivery happened well within my time limit.
I have also contacted the delivery company, TGE, to say thank you to their team, and a big thank you to the delivery person who helped me so much with the 40 Kg item.
