“When you buy express shipping and the product arrives on time but without the required fixings, it ruins the experience. Every time I order there are issues. Never again.”

“The website is user friendly and easy to navigate. I was notified of the order progress once it was in transit and it arrived promptly. My only suggestion would be to notify the customer of the progress of the order before it is sent as I didn't hear anything for several days after ordering and so I went online to see where it was up to.”

“Very poor service. Promised item would be shipped in 24hrs and did not have items in stock. Had to pay my electrican again to come to site. Very disappointing and would look at another supplier first if comparing the same or similar products. The reason I went with The Blue Space was postage guarantee in short turn around time. Your products were dearer than your competitors. Very let down”
