“Great website with a large array of bathroom and kitchen products also well priced. Arrived very punctually. Only negative is that I tried the next day after ordering an item to change my order though the operator refused to change the order so had to go through the process of receiving the order and returning it to repurchase the correct item. The return process was a little stressful though it did work out ok.”

“We found their website very user-friendly, and I particularly liked how compatible accessories could be easily selected during the checkout process – it was incredibly helpful. As we had a large and somewhat complex order, I called to finalise the quote and spoke with Carly, who was exceptionally helpful and professional. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. I'm very impressed with both their customer service and the website. Their pricing is also quite competitive. “I was happy once I received my order, however it took over 3 weeks. When I was placing my order the product was claimed to be a stock item, however this was not the case, 3 weeks is far to long!”

“The best prices and amazing customer service. I've had a good experience every time I have bought from Blue Space. The real difference I have found with them as opposed to a few other suppliers I have used is when things go wrong, they bend over backwards to help, when you really need the support. I had an issue with a Caroma product and the Blue Space team helped me do a warranty claim with Caroma. On another order I chose the wrong type of inwall cistern package and they were so helpful with my return, even though it was around a month since I had purchased it (my plumber was delayed, so I didn't realise my mistake until then) Big thanks to Shilla, Ellie, Alice and Dianna. I also really like the delivery service - they keep you in the loop with heaps of communication so you know exactly when your item will be delivered.”

“Have used Blue Space for several projects now and have always had excellent service from Aliti, Bec and Paula to source products and get shipped interstate. Tracking items once shipped and follow up communication is excellent. Shipping can take up to a week (Syd to Melb), but that is normal these days.”

“I stumbled across this website half way through our bathroom renovation. The items they have are amazing! Unfortuntely we were unaware of just how vast a difference there is across companies who stock brushed brass.
After receiving everything and being so excited to be able to finish the bathroom, we were upset by the vast colour difference. The Blue Space customer service team however, were truely amazing. The person who was corresponding with us, Aliti, was exteremly helpful, paitent, and very friendly. I was actually nervous about the outcome but the return process of the items was very easy.
I do my homework so this doesn't happen, however, it did this time and I can not commend this company and the customer service support team enough, for making me feel like this was okay and that returning the items as long as we didn't try to install them, very easy. We were also given links to a samples page and given extra information about the vast difference's between companies and their brushed brass and gold collections.
Definitely do your homework, on what you want, but prices, delivery times, and stock that The Blue Space has, I definitely recommend lookiong around and giving them a go!”
