“I have placed many orders with The Blue Space for my renovations, communication and delivery of orders has been great. I had an issue with the supplier delivering the wrong size custom vanity, Brittany has been wonderful at organising my replacement vanity and has communicated at every step of the way. “I had a great experience with Melita this afternoon discussing online how I unfortunately purchased wall tops that had spindles that were too short which my plumber installed anyhow causing the handle covers to not stay on and that I needed to now purchase the extended wall tops with extended spindles. “Going above and beyond. We ordered the Siciliy Giada tiles from The blue space which we received and are beautiful tiles. We were contacted by our builder yesterday, who said we were short 5 tiles to complete our project and needed these tiles urgently so the tiler could finish the job without coming back. Melita and Chloe from The Blue Space worked on this all day, and conversed several times with myself and with the supplier in Brisbane, and organised a box for me to collect asap. I managed to get the tiler these tiles within 24 hrs from the initial process. Thank you so much Melita and Chloe for going the extra mile, you have one happy customer!”

“Due to Christmas/New Years there was a delay in my order, to be expected at that time of year. My order somehow went astray once I got the notice it was being packed to send. After a couple of phone conversations and some investigating from Ellie, it was agreed that a new one would be sent out as the other one had gone missing. I would like to thank Ellie for her time and diligence in following this matter up for me. My product arrived today and I'm grateful for the numerous emails keeping me up to date with how my order was going.”

“After this experience, I probably wont purchase through Blue Space again. One of my items took 4 months to arrive. Most of my order took over 6 weeks to arrive (got told, sorry we forgot to order your item), despite there being a pre-Christmas delivery guarantee. I found returning items an arduous process and took a lot of my time following up to get them to process the refund.”

We had some issues last month with tile samples being mislabeled which is what caused you to receive the wrong sample. Please rest assured that we are looking into this matter to ensure it doesn't happen again in the future.
I can see that your most recent delivery was sent with Australia Post and successfully delivered on 7/2; with there being an "Authority to Leave" on the delivery, there was no need to be present to accept the parcel.

“Returns have been challenging, as I had to wait around all day for a courier to show up. I was sent the wrong product and had to wait for a new product to be sent out which has delayed my renovations. I really like the products available on blue space but there are some areas that can be improved in regards to returns and even just a thank you credit for being sent the wrong product and having to muck around with emails and phone calls and chat bots and live chats.”

I can see that the incorrect bottle trap you received was due to a supplier error with the labelling on the box. Our team promptly ordered a replacement, which was successfully delivered on 13/2.
When customers wish to return bulky or fragile items such as the concrete basin on your order - due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or otherwise - a courier must be used.
