Communication and responsiveness was very good. Took a little longer to arrive than anticipated but was also around christmas time. Followed up quickly when I was lost a part and arranged replacements. Thank you.

Returns have been challenging, as I had to wait around all day for a courier to show up. I was sent the wrong product and had to wait for a new product to be sent out which has delayed my renovations. I really like the products available on blue space but there are some areas that can be improved in regards to returns and even just a thank you credit for being sent the wrong product and having to muck around with emails and phone calls and chat bots and live chats.

I can see that the incorrect bottle trap you received was due to a supplier error with the labelling on the box. Our team promptly ordered a replacement, which was successfully delivered on 13/2. When customers wish to return bulky or fragile items such as the concrete basin on your order - due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or otherwise - a courier must be used. I’ve ordered a few times from The Blue Space. They have always been very responsive and helpful and offer great pricing. I’m always kept informed about exactly how my order is going, and it’s very much appreciated. Recently I placed an order in the afternoon and realised the next morning I had forgotten something. When I contacted the support team to see if I could add the additional item, my prior order was already being packed (so fast, which is great). But Ellie was kind enough to offer me a voucher for free shipping on the order of the additional item. Amazing customer service, and always friendly. Thanks again!!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with purchasing on multiple occasions for the past 4 years with blue space. Communication is easy through emails which are replied usually within a day and issues resolved in a timely fashion. I haven’t needed to use any warranty claims so can’t comment. Seamless ordering to delivery.

Asking for a review before the item has even arrived because it sat in the warehouse for a week is a bad idea. I have no idea whether the item is any good because it hasn’t arrived yet. Maybe I’ll get another request to review it again when it’s actually been sent.

Delivery was terrible. It took a ridiculous amount of time for my order just to be packed. It was only simple door handles. Once it was dispatched, it was delivered very quick.

Advertised a product as being in stock which was not actually the case. Ordered very early January and it took 3 weeks to arrive whilst the Blue Space waited for the product to arrive from the supplier to them before on delivering it to me. The Blue space helped out by refunding the cost of postage but did not provide an update on this to us unless I chased it up.

With a Sydney warehouse brimming with stock and our dedicated delivery team, we dispatch thousands of products within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) from our In Stock range. For items not in our stock, we depend on our supply partners to hold stock and dispatch within 48 hours. However, in recent times, even well-managed supply chains face shipping delays and stock shortages. Since most renovation products in Australia partly depend on overseas supplies, we advise placing your orders early to avoid renovation project delays. The Blue Space is an effective way to purchase bathroom products. The only 2 problems were that 1: delivery was delayed because one product was not available until a much later date so the delivery timeline was blown out and 2: the dispatch team did not update me about this until I asked. Once I had the information the problems were solve and we adjusted the order appropriately. Also the tracking app wasn't working for me. If they had let me know about the delay in a good time and the app was working, I would have given a 5 out of 5.
