Ellie has been a huge help. I ordered on 3 separate occasions and due to Christmas and black Friday some items were not in stock she has communicated this to me the entire time. it really makes a difference when you have regular updates, without having to chase.

I ordered two toilets and flush plates from the Blue Space, and my order was delayed as the flush plates were not in stock when expected. Brittany was excellent at communicating my options with me, and worked with me to ensure the order would arrive on time. She was really helpful and made the process very smooth.

I had a missing item from my shipment and emailed and phoned Shilla at your company. She was fantastic and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. Very happy!

Blue Space has been an integral part of our bathroom and laundry renovations. With costs and organisation headaches a-plenty, dealing with the team was a breath of fresh air. The pricing supplied by Jactina for the multi-fit-out blew any of the competitors away, with the professionalism by multiple team members the cherry on top. With some items out of stock, we were preparing for the worst, with delays to construction. However, Ellie was exceptionally helpful and organised an early shipment of the required items (even splitting an item due to a portion on backorder), ensuring we could meet the rough-in timeline we had initially planned. We would highly recommend The Blue Space to all who are looking to do a future renovation and are chasing both the highest level of professionalism, service and competitive pricing.

Ellie and the team at bluespace were quick to rectify some shipping issues with one of our products. Replacement organised and shipped quick smart which was reassuring given our tight bathroom deadlines.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Melanie who was so thorough and attentive to what I needed. She followed up with all the items and provided good alternatives when there were options. We were back and forth quite a few times due to the time of year (between xmas and new year) but nothing was too much trouble. I really appreciate her time and effort in getting this order processes.

In past orders with Blue Space I had been very happy with the customer service and promptness of delivery. However with my last order I was very disappointed with how slow the dispatch was over - 3 weeks after the order was made and no communication. It was only after I contacted Blue Space to chase up the order was it then dispatched. The 3 stars is for the speed of service, not a reflection fo the quality of product

Stock delays were not communicated in a timely manner. Had to chase up manually a few times resulting in order eventually cancelled.

I work for Auspost and regularly come to Blue Space to pick up your Parcels to send off to your Customers. I deal with Tim Wakefield which I believe is the Warehouse Manager and is brilliant superb thorough and excellent to deal and be served by him. He is a great ASSET to your Company at Blue Space. He made it work for me with my purchase and like to hear that he be recognized for the Customer service he provided to me and many others with no doubt. Greatly appreciated and hope he gets to more higher RANKED positions in your company. Thanks heaps Timmo.

Delivery was 3 months late. no contact from seller regarding a date. i had to make contact. then when we did delivery was still a further week away with no assistance in rectify the issue
