“Unfortunately, the time frame from ordering product to receiving the item was nearly 1 month. Faster delivery would be greatly apprecicated given that the product was "available"”

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise your order didn’t meet your delivery expectations. At The Blue Space, we dispatch thousands of products within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) from our "In-Stock" range.
For items not in our stock, we depend on our supply partners to hold stock and dispatch promptly. However, "Stocked by supplier" orders such as yours that were placed over the Christmas/New Year Period had a 2-3 week lead time due to supplier and warehouse holiday shutdown periods. Your order was dispatched within the advised lead time for that holiday period.

“I’ve had another excellent experience with Blue Space. I received my order, but unfortunately the shower rails didn’t fit our existing fitting size, they agreed to not only return them at 90 days. But replace them with the correct ones. And they arrived within 48 hours! The team in customer support was awesome! Couldn’t fault them.”

“I have received the most incredible customer service from Melanie and Ellie. While I'm not making a purchase with The Blue Space today I certainly will be in the future and will recommend you to friends and family. Ellie was able to provide me with really helpful information via chat and suggested I ring through to the sales team (giving me both the phone number and the option to press, when to ring etc). I was lucky enough to get Melanie on the phone this morning and she was incredibly friendly and helpful, looking up extra information for me in the specs and even ringing a supplier to find out about alternate products. Honestly, in a stressful situation this meant a lot to me and I'm really impressed with the time and tone both of these employees took. “Hi, I'm rating my previous order (for the same taps) as haven't installed in laundry. We liked them so much we ordered a duplicate set. Have also order the soap holder (looks great). All Clark brand.
Was impressed w/ the range, pricing, packing & delivery (and love my new taps). The only negative is that they were missing an alumn key/two washers which thankfully our plumber had in stock (but they would have been hard to source).
The new set is complete (and have verified w/ our plumber :)”

“I chose Blue Space because of the quality products at the best prices, but I will use them again for their customer service.
Yes they maybe be online, but they are by far more responsive than any shop front company. I could always reach them via phone, email or chat.
When having issues with third party deliveries, they were able to find resolution and dealt with this time sensitive anxious customer in a very professional manner. I will be using Blue Space for all my bathroom renovation needs and can’t recommend the company highly enough. Shout out to Ellie, Brittany and the whole team 👏🏻”

“Blue Space has been an integral part of our bathroom and laundry renovations. With costs and organisation headaches a-plenty, dealing with the team was a breath of fresh air. The pricing supplied by Jactina for the multi-fit-out blew any of the competitors away, with the professionalism by multiple team members the cherry on top.
With some items out of stock, we were preparing for the worst, with delays to construction. However, Ellie was exceptionally helpful and organised an early shipment of the required items (even splitting an item due to a portion on backorder), ensuring we could meet the rough-in timeline we had initially planned.
We would highly recommend The Blue Space to all who are looking to do a future renovation and are chasing both the highest level of professionalism, service and competitive pricing.”
