I ordered first thing for a same day deliver and the flowers were delivered by lunchtime. Great communication advising me of receipt of order, then time slot and finally that they had been delivered. Recipient was absolutely delighted with the quality of presentation of the flowers. Would thoroughly recommend.

I ordered flowers back on the 10th January which never materialised. Phoned customer services for a refund which they said they would process but no refund either. Not happy at all. AVOID!

The bouquet I ordered was bright, colourful, full and looked gorgeous. This is not what I received at my door at all. Of a completely yellow and white bouquet, I received 4 yellow flowers and 2 white ones and the rest was cheap green filler plants/flowers and at most I’d have paid £20-25 for it. I spent £52 on the sunshine bouquet and am so disappointed with the flowers I received and have had to give as a birthday gift. Completely unimpressed and will not be ordering again from here.

Thank you for sharing your feedback today, we have reached out to you privately in response to your order and flowers that were delivered. I would like to apologize for the appearance of the bouquet, sometimes -as stated on our website and via email- substitutions may have to be made, that being said we also try to keep the appearance of the bouquet similar to the picture advertised on our site. In this case I believe substitutions were made which did alter the appearance. For this we do apologize that they were not the flowers you expected.

Hello, unfortunately the delivery could not be carried our due to the flowers not being "taken possession of". Further to our telephone conversation, your account has been refunded and no charge made for the making up, and delivery of the flowers

Bouquet brought for my best friends 60th, received an email saying they had been delivered at 1658, despite them being in all day, nothing was delivered. This was on a Saturday and have emailed you, but I do appreciate your not open on Sunday. I am hopeful of a happy outcome
