“I absolutely love this kit. Great for someone starting out if you’re not entirely sure what you’re looking to buy. Safe to say I am in love with cloth nappies. Also if you’re looking for any help the online help, videos, tutorials, and recommendation service is all amazing. Iv never been so impressed with customer service. The nappy lady is amazing.”

“I came across TNL by chance and am really glad I did. They gave detailed FREE advice following the questionnaire with recommendations of products which resulted in purchases from the website. Unlike other people who want you to sign up for paid advice, TNL provides everything you need and the variety of nappies on offer are great! Any questions are answered quickly and to the best of their knowledge.”

“Excellent products. Good selection and they really do work - much better in my opinion than the mass disposable items sold in most shops. I only wish I had discovered washable products sooner. Saves money, the planet and the products ensure I get a better night's sleep; as I don't need to get up so frequently during the night to change.”

“This has been a game changer! My four month old has been pooping overnight and nappys are not containing it. We had 4am full change most days. This contains the poop, no change other than nappy, baby is minimally disturbed and back to bed. Easy to clean. Great product - highly recommend!”

“Not just for babies - the Nappy Lady stocks a good range of reuseable period products as well. I was able to get a cup and some reuseable pads at a very reasonable price. “I had massive problems with the delivery of my order from the nappy lady. These problems caused me to lose faith in what I thought was a reputable company. However, the customer service (as long as it's not on Friday afternoons) was OUTSTANDING! All of the issues arose from DPD and their (lack) of delivery services which ended up with my parcel being in a village 6 miles away. However, Anna was fabulous in investigating this issue, following it up and constantly communicating with me. Any faith that I had lost was definitely put back (& re-inforced) through this EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you Anna and the team”
