“Everything was excellent, but the box it arrived in was rather larger than necessary. However, thankful that the packing material was cardboard rather than plastic”

“So glad I found the Nappy Lady. With a child with SEN it is hard to find nappies/swimwear for our children. I needed a reusable swim nappy since shops no longer stock disposable ones once passed a certain size so was very happy to not only find one but at a great price too. Lots of communication about my order and arrived promptly. Would definitely order again.”

“I did the questionnaire for help, and TNL came back with some really helpful recommendations. I bought some of what was recommended which came very fast, especially considering it was the week before Christmas! It's all as described and I'm happy with the experience”

Hello Raquel, I am sorry to hear your parcel has not yet arrived. As your parcel is being delivered to an overseas location it does take longer than our UK parcels to arrive due to shipping and customs clearance. We also find that during the busy Christmas shopping period that parcels take a little longer than normal. Please be assured your parcel left us on the day it was ordered (23rd November) and is last showing an update that it is with your local postal service (27th November.)
